Mindful Education

We help improve the classroom experience, mental health and wellbeing
of both students and teachers.

We offer packages of one-hour or full-day workshops, which give you the tools to teach mindfulness to your staff and students. We even have extras, such as a mindfulness for parents workshop that is hosted at your school. For those of you elsewhere, we also have online meditation workshops and courses.

Intro to Mindful Education

A concise one-hour overview of the benefits and science behind mindfulness. Experience a sample of short, effective meditation practices.

Outcomes
  • An understanding of the difference between mindfulness and meditation
  • A developed understanding of the science behind mindfulness and meditation
  • Have been introduced to a sample of specific mindfulness and meditation techniques for use in the classroom
  • Awareness of Mindful Meditation Australia’s tools and resources.

Mindful Education

A comprehensive full-day workshop for teachers to implement an evidence-informed Whole School Approach.

Mindful Amygdala

Ideal for staff wellbeing and mental health, this workshop equips educators with skills and strategies to manage stress.

This workshop helps improve job performance, relationships and personal wellbeing through mindfulness and meditation tools and techniques.


Mindful Families at school

Our Mindful Families workshop takes place at your school for parents and/or caregivers.
