At Mindful Meditation Australia we’ve lived the long-term benefits of mindfulness and meditation, and have personally experienced its transformative potential.
Mindful Meditation Australia is founded on the principle that mindfulness and meditation practices have the potential to improve the mental, emotional and physical wellbeing of all.
To encourage, promote and support the practice of mindfulness and meditation throughout our country, reinforced by ongoing research, and also to provide people with mindfulness and meditation skills and tools to cultivate greater self-awareness, resulting in a happier and more harmonious Australian community.
2019 is about continuing with our now established school services, new parent and workplace training courses. Mindful Meditation Australia will also begin working with trainers across Australia and offer training in each state. We are also commencing a large-scale research project in partnership with a local Western Australian university. – more to come

The research project that Mindful Meditation Australia embarked on in 2018 will be winding up and offering valuable information on mindfulness and meditation in education. The research will assist with global understanding and key recommendations for mindfulness and meditation practices in schools.
