Mindful Families guides you through the development of your own mindfulness plan to support loving and caring relationships, better communication, healthy boundaries and collective ownership of your home environment.

This training helps you define your family’s mindfulness culture and looks at ways to make it stronger through your practices and traditions, home environment and the boundaries you have in place.

You will leave the training with:

  • Your very own whole home approach to mindfulness;
  • Mindfulness and meditation scripts for yourself and your children; and
  • Information for beginning your family’s mindfulness journey.

This training includes:

  • Information on what mindfulness and meditation is
  • The science behind why these practices work
  • Recommendations for mindful parenting
  • Time to experience mindfulness and meditation practices
  • Time for you to learn how to lead meditations with your child
  • Time to assess and plan for your very own tailored whole home approach to mindfulness and meditation

(includes light refreshments and snacks)

  • Please bring something to write with
  • Dress is casual/any – activities will be done in chairs
