Mindful Self aims to inspire individuals to experience improved relationships, job satisfaction, and personal wellbeing through addressing stress, anxiety and worry.

Event location and parking
This workshop is held at the Margaret River Community Centre, Old Church, 33 Tunbridge Street, Margaret River.
Morning tea is included. Please advise if you have any dietary requirements when making your booking.
If you can no longer attend this event after you have registered, please email firstname.lastname@example.org no later than one (1) week prior to the event to cancel.
If you register but fail to inform us that you can't attend on the day, you will be charged $30.00 to cover catering, facilitator and administration costs.
