This full-day course is a fun and interactive way to learn about the role of mindfulness and meditation in education. Perfectly suited for teachers completely new to mindfulness or experienced practitioners.
It is a great way to learn what mindfulness is and learn the many ways in which it can help in the classroom. You’ll explore the science behind mindfulness and meditation, such as the important links between mindfulness and child / adolescent brain development, learn different mindfulness techniques, partake in various mindfulness and meditation activities, and are given simple tools for bringing mindfulness into daily routines.
