Mindful Meditation Australia is a philanthropically funded not-for-profit organisation that believes evidence-based mindfulness and meditation practices have the potential to improve the mental, emotional and physical wellbeing of all Australians.
Mindful Amygdala aims to inspire a workplace where leaders and staff experience improved job performance, relationships and personal wellbeing by making plans to deal with unhealthy personal and workplace stress, anxiety and worry.
The workshop aims to inspire conversations around how we engage and deal with workplace pressure and provides mindfulness and meditation tools for managing work environments.
This workshop will provide leaders and staff with the tools and support they need to change unhealthy working cultures.
This workbook will guide you through the development of your own unique mindfulness and meditation strategies for yourself and those you work with.
