Introduction

This full-day personal and professional development course is offered to teachers interested in learning more about the role of mindfulness and meditation in their school and classroom. It is a great way to introduce mindfulness and learn the many ways in which it can help in the classroom. Participants explore the important links between mindfulness and child and adolescent brain development, learn different mindfulness techniques, and are given simple tools for bringing mindfulness into daily routines.

The course can be delivered over one full day or several days to suit individual school needs.
